Orders that are confirmed before 4:30 p.m. are prepared and shipped that same afternoon and, in most cases, arrive at their destination the next day (peninsular Spain).
Products are carefully checked in our store; they are protected and packed according to the customer guidelines. However, it may be the case that it had any incident during transportation. For this reason, we ask our clients to sign for receipt and indicate “pending for review” if they observe any damage produced.
Please, check your order before the first 24 hours, that we may be able to process any complaint to the transport company.
