Products are carefully checked in our store; they are protected and packed.  However, it may be the case that it had any incident during transportation. For this reason, we ask our clients to sign for receipt and indicate “package in poor condition” if they observe any damage produced.

Please, check your order before the first 24 hours, that we may be able to process any complaint to the transport company.
